Legislative Update: Clearances for Volunteers: House Bill 1276 was signed into law by Governor Wolf on July 1, 2015. Now known as Act 15 of 2015, the legislation amends the Child Protective Services Law (CPSL) by providing some clarity and some financial relief surrounding clearances (now called certifications).
