Pennsylvania's Child Abuse Annual Report - Published annually by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare. The report provides comprehensive data about child abuse and neglect in the Commonwealth as well as information on efforts to protect and help Pennsylvania's children and families. In addition to statewide statistics, this report offers resource information including addresses and phone numbers for all county offices of Children, Youth and Families, a listing of family assistance organizations with toll-free numbers, and a list of useful Internet sites. The annual report is an excellent resource for anyone providing training on abuse awareness or mandated reporting, and can be useful to those writing grants for programs serving at-risk children and families.

Child Abuse and the Law - Published by the Juvenile Law Center, this resource focuses on distinguishing between the Juvenile Act and the Child Protective Services Law, on when and how to take action under each of these two statutes, and on the critical responsibilities of children and youth agencies. National Clearinghouse on Child Abuse and Neglect Information - Sponsored by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, this website provides extensive information, statistics, links and resources addressing issues of child abuse and neglect, protection of children, and strengthening of families.
