“Now What? A Guide for Professionals Working with Families and the Child Protective Services System.” This 13-page guide provides professionals with insight into the protective services system and its processes, and offers tips on how to assist a family to remedy the circumstances that placed their child at risk.

A Guide for Parents Working with the Child Protective Services System” – A 14-page easy to understand overview of what a family can expect if there is a report of suspected abuse of a child in their home. This guide offers insights and tips to help a parent address the situation positively.
“Documentation Guide” – This laminated reference card contains suggestions for documentation of disclosures of abuse by a child to a staff member of any organization.
