Angela Liddle - President and CEO

Angela Liddle
Angela has been the President and CEO of PFSA for more than 20 years. A York County native, she has spent more than 25 years working in arena of child abuse prevention and services to families. Angela received her Master of Public Administration with a concentration in nonprofit management and certification in Public Sector Human Resource Management from Penn State University. She was selected by Governor Tom Corbett to serve on the Children’s Trust Fund board of directors and was chosen in 2013 as a Woman of Excellence by the Harrisburg YWCA. Kayla Kressler - Chief Operating Officer

Kayla Kressler
As COO, Kay oversees all program operations for PFSA and is an integral member of PFSA’s senor leadership team. Prior to her new role, Kay served as PFSA’s Director of Prevention Services and successfully launched a cross systems training program, Families in Recovery for parents who are in recovery from substance use disorder and wish to improve their parenting while balancing the needs and demands of recovery. Kay introduced a Train-the-Trainer component for Families in Recovery, which has brought staff working in family serving organizations from nearly 10 states to PFSA for training. Prior to officially stepping into her role as at PA Family Support Alliance, Kayla worked as a clinician in the role of Clinical Supervisor and Program Site Director of a community based outpatient dual diagnosis treatment program in York County, Pennsylvania. Kayla brings eleven years of experience in the field of clinical counseling and psychology specifically, addiction and mental health treatment. During her community counselor career Kayla has been widely regarded as a specialist in supporting and helping to heal both the addicted person and their family. Kayla has a Masters of The Arts with a focus in Clinical Counseling from Alvernia University in Reading Pennsylvania. She is currently pursuing licensure to become a Licensed Professional Counselor. Kressler has worked in transitional housing, intensive case management with women and children, the forensic treatment setting in county jail systems, inpatient and outpatient treatment programs, and within the community in direct-care-clinical, academic, and supervisory roles. Kayla enjoys time outdoors with her black lab Porter, good books, and experiencing culture through the arts and exchange of ideas. Kayla has a background in missionary travel and volunteer work. Haven Evans - Director of Training

Haven Evans
Haven Evans joined the staff of PFSA in November 2016 as our Director of Training. Haven has more than eight years of experience in the child welfare field, as a caseworker, ChildLine supervisor and most recently, ChildLine Manager. She was responsible for managing the state’s 24/7 intake unit that responds to a large volume and variety of calls regarding the care of children, particularly reports of suspected child abuse or neglect. Haven also supervised Background Checks Units responsible for child abuse history clearances. She brings to PFSA an extensive knowledge of Pennsylvania’s Child Protective Services Law and has conducted many training sessions and written procedural manuals to ensure that legal requirements are met. Ann Moffitt - Development Director

Ann Moffitt
Ann Moffitt, ACFRE is Development Director at PFSA. Ann joined PFSA in July 2017 charged with overseeing our fund development program and creating an awareness of PFSA's mission across the state. An avid community volunteer, Ann has served as president of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the National Society of Fund Raising Executives (AFP), the Junior League of Harrisburg and the Harrisburg Hospital Auxiliary. She has been active nationally with AFP, having served on the International Foundation Board and many committees. She presently is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Central Pennsylvania, Susquehanna Valley Planned Parenthood, Kiwanis Club Harrisburg East Shore and Red Land-Fairview Township and AFP of Central Pennsylvania. She is a board member of The Byrnes Health Education Center, PANO, the Kiwanis Pennsylvania District Foundation and is the convener for the Harrisburg Region Leave a Legacy™ effort. Ann lives in New Cumberland with her husband, Dr. George R. Moffitt, Jr., four cats and two dogs. Ann has one daughter, Elizabeth, and two grandsons, Kenny and Joshua. David Merrill - Director of Finance

David  Merrill
David serves as our Director of Finance and officially joined the staff in July of 2018. David earned his BS in Accounting from the Pennsylvania College of Technology; and earned his MS in Taxation from Northeastern University. His background includes working in industry with Fortune 500 companies such as Foot Locker and Rite Aid. He has also worked two years with RKL as a Senior Accountant in the public accounting field. In addition to working in both industry and public accounting, David also ran successful tax franchises for 5 years and has won multiple awards – including Central PA’s Forty Under 40 Award – for growing his company and giving back to the community. He’s appeared as a regular on ABC 27’s Good Day PA as the local tax expert on Tax Tuesdays during tax seasons. David served on the Board of Directors as Treasurer with the Dillsburg Area Public Library for over 4 years. He is also a Sunday School Teacher and a past Assistant Scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts of America. David believes in serving others to help build stronger communities and stronger people. In his free time, David loves spending time with his wife, Stephanie, and two daughters, Zoey and Illyana, by way of running, bicycling, and Family Home Evenings together. David can be reached at

Adam Smith - Director of Prevention Programs

Adam Smith
Prior to taking on the role of Director of Prevention Programs at PA Family Support Alliance, Adam worked as a case manager, and life skills counselor, serving homeless youth ages 18-24 in the Lehigh Valley. During his time with Valley Youth House, Adam served in a supervisory prevention role, overseeing the Transitional Housing program for young men. Prior to a career shift to the non-profit, change agency sector, Adam served in the role of Business Development and Marketing Director. His knowledge of the non-profit realm, and expertise in building relationships has provided him the opportunity to work closely with community organizations and agencies to best serve underprivileged and at-risk youth and families. Adam is currently a graduate student at Kutztown University, where he will graduate in May 2020 with a Masters of Public Administration. In his free time, he enjoys the great outdoors, is an avid hiker and photographer. By nature, Adam is more of a dog guy- but in the fall of 2018, he rescued a black kitten, named Leia and she has stolen his heart.

Jill Whitmyer - Executive Administrative Assistant

Jill Whitmyer joined PFSA as Executive Administrative Assistant in 2015. Jill spent over fifteen years in the public education system, specializing in Family Services and community involvement. She has worked on fundraising events for several local organizations, including the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank, Giving Tree, Coats for Kids, and Children’s Miracle Network. Jill considers her greatest blessings to be her children and grandchildren. When she’s not at PFSA, she enjoys power walking, working out, gardening and riding her motorcycle. You can reach Jill at

Rosa Ponti - Training Coordinator

Rosa Ponti
Rosa Ponti joined PFSA as Scheduling Administrative Assistant in 2017. Rosa spent the previous 8 years in the Early Childhood Education field. She started and maintained a Pre-K/Kindergarten classroom during her time working at a private school. Rosa lives in Perry County where she enjoys riding her motorcycle. Aimee Lacasse - Data Quality Analyst

Aimee  Lacasse
Aimee Lacasse joined the staff at PFSA in February 2018. She has over 20 years professional experience as an IT Quality Analyst specializing in Application Software Testing on web, mainframe, and SAP environments. Aimee has obtained both an M.B.A in Health Care Administration from Eastern College and ISTQB CTFL Software Testing Certification. She is active in several local animal rescue groups.

Arwen Sniatecki - Programs Administrative Assistant

Arwen Sniatecki joined us in August 2019. With a background in project management and aesthetics, she arrived well-equipped for the position of PFSA’s Programs Administrative Assistant. Her family emphasized civic mindedness, and since the early 1990s, Arwen has volunteered her time for various community organizations, including the Newport Civic Club, Youth Advocate Programs, Inc., and the Humane Society. She is a card-carrying member of WXPN and the ACLU. She and her husband enjoy traveling to cultural events across the region.
