The Front Porch Project® is:

-Held in many communities across PA, free of charge and open to anyone.
-Research-supported strategies for helping in real-life situations you face in your neighborhood or public.
-An interactive mix of discussion, video clips and activities that keep you interested and involved.
-Information on issues facing today’s families, diverse parenting styles and how communities can help kids.

Front Porch Project® teaches you:

-How and when to safely respond when you are worried about a child in your neighborhood or in a public place.
-How we make decisions to help and what stops us from helping when we are concerned about a family.
-Why even a small step in helping a child can have big results. There are many ways we can all protect children in our communities.

This training is NOT mandated reporter training. Please select "Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse" on our event calendar.

This session is free and open to anyone; please register in advance.
